It is unclear if the above photo is MARION, TEXAS (Angelina County), near Lufkin or MARION, TEXAS (Guadalupe County) west of Seguin. Given the flatness of the terrain and lack of tall pine trees would would have been common in East Texas, this is most likely the Guadalupe County Marion.
